Current Premiership strugglers Bolton Wanderers have signed striker Salva Ballesta on loan from Spanish giants Valencia after the player has passed a medical.
This was disclosed by Bolton manager Sam Allardyce on the club's official website, saying Ballesta has arrived the club.
If everything works well as planned, the 27-year-old is expected to feature in Bolton's all-important Premiership game against Birmingham on Saturday.
Ballesta has a good goal-scoring record, but has recently not been in action for Valencia in the Spanish league.
Meanwhile, Alllardyce's quest to strengthen his strike-force is now brought to reality, and he admitted his contentment with the signing of Ballesta.
