Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has disclosed that midfielder Gilberto Silva will not be called into the squad that will face Manchester United, as the Brazilian has been invited to play for his country.
On February 15 when Arsenal will be facing bitter rivals Manchester United in an FA Cup fifth round tie, Gilberto Silva will be getting ready to play for Brazil against China in an international friendly match.
Wenger admitted that he wasn't happy with what is happening, but he has no other option but to let Gilberto out of the all-important encounter.
In the same impetus, Wenger showed his concerns over the demands on his players for England's match against Australia in February.
This is because three of his key players are likely to be invited by England coach Sven-Goran Eriksson; they are goalie David Seaman, left full-back Ashley Cole and defender Sol Campbell.
Talking about replacements for Gilberto, Ray Parlour, Edu and Vieira are all fit at the moment.
