Sommeil: I am a City player
Sun 26th January 2003, 12:21

Bordeaux player David Sommeil has unequivocally admitted that he has joined Premiership side Manchester City on a three-and-a-half year contract.

The 28-year-old Frenchman disclosed this in his personal website, saying that he will be with Manchester City for three seasons and he has currently endure his first training with them.

Two weeks ago, City and Bordeaux could not agree the financial terms for Sommeil, but at the moment, Sommeil seems to be a City player as stated by him.

Sommeil further stated that he underwent a medical test on Tuesday and after that, he went back to France to cancel his deal with Bordeaux.
