Cole and Duff Return For Blackburn
Thu 31st October 2002, 12:21

Andy Cole and Damien Duff return for Blackburn Rovers as they face a tough task against Celtic.

Graeme Souness returns to Glasgow as a player he did play for Glasgow Rangers and would really want a result over his former rival team.

And the former Rangers boss admitted: "It's great to be back."

Souness added: "I thought we'd take the train because it's only 2˝ hours and the lads have a chance to have some breakfast and stretch their legs.

Andy Cole and Damien Duff return from injuries. Duff has not a played single game since a injury for his country a month ago. Andy Cole returns from a hamstring injury, which kept him out of the last two games.

"There's a decision to be made in terms of team selection," Blackburn manager Graeme Souness said.

"With those injuries you're never 100% confident that you're fit until you get 90 minutes under your belt."

Celtic Manager Martin O Neil is confident his team will get a result against Blackburn as he thinks he has a better squad of players.

All great players rise to the occasion but we will try to make it as intimidating as possible for them."
