Arsenal came from a 1-0 deficit to smuggle home the three points against Roma, thanks to Thierry Henry's three fantastic goals.
A balanced game but the goal scoring ability of Henry made a remarkable difference.
Antonio Cassano started scoring in just less than five minutes into the game to signal the tactical commencement of the game.
However, Henry's timely equaliser in the 6th minutes was enough to silenced the roars of the Italian boys.
Arsene Wenger might have give some dutiful hints and instructions to his boys as the second half was totally a highly attacking side in respect to Arsenal. Henry gave the reward for Arsenal's gravity in the 70th minute when he banged a shot in the net after an aerial mistake from Christian Panucci.
It didn't came into the mind of Roma that the gunners were really shooting when a gently and accurately taking free kick from Henry shuttled the points to the domain of Arsenal.
This result has sure given Arsene Wenger a good start for the second phase and he didn't seize to compliment the effort of hat-trick hero Frenchman, Thierry Henry.
