Hamann may miss encounter with Fulham
Thu 21st November 2002, 15:30

Liverpool player, Dietmar Hamann is doubtful to feature in Saturday’s match against Fulham for Liverpool after sustaining an ankle injury in their goalless draw with Sunderland.

Due to the injury, the midfielder was dropped from the German side that faced Netherlands in the midweek.

Liverpool may also miss the likes of Steven Gerard who is recently out of form but he is a likely replacement for Hamann.

Liverpool who has placed second in the league, one point behind leaders Arsenal will need to put hands together and try to get their chances in if they should consolidate their position.

Michael Owen and Emile Heskey will be sure ready to resume their goal scoring form.
