Sbragia In Man Utd Talks
Wed 20th November 2002, 13:19

Rickt Sbragia is in talks with Manchester United after they offered him a role at the club. Sbragia, who is currently the reserve coach is currently deciding whether to accept the offer that would see the coach as first team coach.

Man Utd are in desperate need of new ideas with this season looking like potentially the worst since the premiership began and see Sbragia as the ideal man to help the club.

Sbragia has done wonders since his appointment at Sunderland several years ago. He took over from Adrian Heath as reserve coach 5 years ago and has seen the reserve team becoming one of the best in the country. His work can be seen best under Wilko's reign as reserve players have started to join the first team and in many ways the reserves are better than the first team.

Sunderland are keen to keep him according to reports.
