Blackburn Rovers are worried about striker Hakan Sukur's injury which may see the World Cup star been sidelined for about 2 months.
It was noticed that the Turkish international broke his leg during training session with team-mates.
The upset from Rovers was really unsmiling due to the fact that Sukur just recently recovered from a groin injury before he broke his leg.
Blackburn Rovers manager Graeme Souness admitted that on the training ground, Sukur was going through on goal and was challenged by Jay McEveley but due to the frozen state of the pitch, he slipped down and crushed the top of his tibia.
Nevertheless, the 1-0 win over Manchester United on Sunday seems an upturn of their agonise on Sukur's fitness.
