Fowler set to join City

Leeds United player Robbie Fowler is set to make a switch to Manchester City, while the reopening of the transfer window last.
There are hints that the deal to move Fowler to Maine Road will be finalised by the end of next week.
This was due to the fact that City manager Kevin Keegan had previously disclosed his intention to find a reliable striking partner for in-form Nicholas Anelka.
Leeds boss Terry Venables has not fully disclosed his remark and intention about the inquiry for Bowyer from City.
Though striker Jon Macken is back, but Keegan is not ready to take chances, as he also awaits Paulo Wanchope who is expected to be back from injury until February.
City will face Bobby Robson's Newcastle United next Saturday in a Premiership tie.
