FA to assess Gerrard's hasty tackle

The English Football Association has disclosed that they will assess Steven Gerrard's hasty tackle on Everton defender Gary Naysmith during both sides' goalless draw at Anfield a week ago.
The England intentional had earlier apologised for his action but the FA avers on reviewing the reckless character he exhibited in the match.
Consequently, the FA had confirmed that after the reviewing of the video, they will now know if they are to take necessary disciplinary actions on Gerrard.
Though the referee of the match Graham Poll admitted that he didn't see the incident during the game, hence the FA called for a video of the match for further confirmations.
