Everton to appeal against Unsworth's red card

High progressing Everton are to appeal against the red card given to David Unsworth in their Premiership tie with Chelsea at Goodison.

Unsworth appeal has been partial.ly given a boost especially when the man whom he tackled before given the red card Jesper Gronkjaer is desperate to support him.

Everton boss David Moyes has disclosed that the club is going to appeal against the red card given to Unsworth in order to overcome the alleged three-match ban for the player.

Meanwhile, Gronkjaer correctly indicated his support for Unsworth, he is ready to appeal on behalf of the player and that Unsworth was innocent.
