Everton eyes Egyptian Said

Premiership high-fighters Everton are considering negotiations to move Egypt's Ibrahim Said to Goodison Park come January when the transfer market opens.

The 23-year-old Egyptian international was expected to have undergone a two-week trial with Everton and manager David Moyes is viewing a move of the defender to the Premiership.


Ibrahim Said who is currently playing for Al Ahli of Cairo could not complete his move to Everton in the summer hence January seems a replacement.

Moyes is also prospecting to sign Senegal international Pape Sarr who had also undergone a two-day trial with Everton before returning to his French side Lens.
