Reid Takes Over At Leeds

Last week, in a sudden move, Peter Ridsdale sacked Terry Venables after a highly publicised arguement about signings and sales. Ridsdale has recently sold off a lot of Leed's main assets including Rio Ferdinand and Jonathan Woodgate.
Peter Reid has come in paid on a point by point basis with the aim of premiership survival, which will gain him an extra ₤500,000 if he achieves the goal.
Peter Reid had his first game on Sunday, the 3-1 defeat against Liverpool, and with Bolton and West Ham picking points up recently, Reid may have a big job on his hands. |
